Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
- clearances with renewal including 31, 33, 34, and 73
- ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of previous job experience in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of hospital policies
- customer service experience
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
- handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
- clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
- replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- answer phones and respond to patient call lights
