Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS diploma/GED
  • Ability to work rotating, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with phone systems and administrative tools
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and customer service excellence
  • Compliance with required clearances including 31, 33, 34, and 73

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with basic hospital procedures and environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
  • Handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
  • Clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
  • replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
  • Manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
  • Answer phones, respond to patient call lights
