Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of hs diploma/ged
- Clearances with renewal as required by hospital policy
- Availability to work rotating evening weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate support to patients families and visitors
- Basic administrative skills including phone handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- Serve as a resource for hospital policies visiting hours directions and more
- Handle patient belongings tracking parking validations scooters and meal tray delivery
- Clean and organize patient rooms public areas and other spaces replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- Manage and organize supplies deliver materials to units and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- Answer phones respond to patient call lights
