Job Requirements

  • Must have the desire, drive, and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
  • High school diploma or active High School/GED program enrollment or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Act 34 clearance

  • Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome and escort patients and visitors to correct locations
  • Provide hospital info and issue parking passes and scooters
  • Track patient belongings at admission
  • Clean and organize patient rooms and public areas
  • Restock supplies and change linens
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Prepare and serve meals per dietary orders
  • Deliver trays and confirm patient identity
  • Safely transport patients, equipment, and specimens
  • Disinfect and inspect transport equipment
  • Set up, sanitize, and test telehealth carts
  • Order and stock unit supplies and equipment
  • Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and temperature logs
  • Answer phones, respond to call lights, and assist patients
  • Follow safety protocols and report incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
