Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to work rotating, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must have clearances with renewal including 31, 33, 34, and 73
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times
- Basic computer and phone answering skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- Serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
- Handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
- Clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
- replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- Manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- Answer phones and respond to patient call lights
