Job Requirements
- High School diploma or active High School/GED program enrollment or one year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma
- Desire and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Act 34 clearance
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly and provide destination coordination and escort assistance
- Provide verbal directions and disseminate appropriate patient information respecting confidentiality
- Support environmental services including cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies
- Assemble and serve patient meals according to dietary orders and food safety standards
- Transport patients, specimens, and equipment safely within the hospital
- Retrieve, set up, and decontaminate telehealth carts while performing regular functionality checks
- Manage supplies and equipment inventory, stock patient rooms and supply areas, and maintain temperature logs
- Answer unit phones, respond to patient call lights under supervision, assist with patient mobility, and distribute daily care plans
- Adhere to infection control procedures and mandatory reporting requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
