Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work rotating, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Certification and clearances renewal compliance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
  • Handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
  • Clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
  • replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
  • Manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
  • Answer phones and respond to patient call lights
