Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
- handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
- clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
- replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- answer phones, respond to patient call lights
