Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience in lieu of high school diploma or GED
- ability to work rotating evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- physical ability to stock supplies and clean patient areas
- basic phone and administrative skills
- clearances with renewal including 31, 33, 34, and 73

Job Duties
- greet and assist patients, families, and visitors ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
- handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
- clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
- replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- answer phones, respond to patient call lights
