Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of high school diploma or GED
- clearances with renewal (31, 33, 34, and 73)

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality
- serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, and directions
- handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
- clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
- replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- answer phones and respond to patient call lights
