Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or active High School/GED program enrollment or one year of previous job experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must have the desire, drive, and compassion needed to provide an exceptional patient and family experience at all times

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Desire and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
  • Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors with directions and hospital information
  • Support patient comfort by delivering meals, water, and supplies per dietary orders
  • Transport patients, equipment, and specimens safely within the facility
  • Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and common areas
  • Restock supplies
  • Answer phones and respond to call lights
  • Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and temperature logs
  • Set up telehealth carts
  • Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
