Job Requirements
- High School diploma or active High School/GED program enrollment or one year of previous job experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have the desire, drive, and compassion needed to provide an exceptional patient and family experience at all times

- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with directions and hospital information
- Support patient comfort by delivering meals, water, and supplies per dietary orders
- Transport patients, equipment, and specimens safely within the facility
- Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and common areas
- Restock supplies
- Answer phones and respond to call lights
- Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and temperature logs
- Set up telehealth carts
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
