Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience in support or hospitality role in a hospital setting
- Ability to work during inclement weather
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet patients and families with a positive, customer-focused manner providing directions and information
- Staff information desks in assigned hospital areas
- Staff intensive care units, working with nursing to enforce visitation policies
- Drive courtesy cart assisting patients and families with transportation needs
- Assist patients into and out of vehicles upon arrival and departure
- Recognize and assist patients and visitors in need of support
- Monitor and maintain visitor waiting areas
- Complete other duties as assigned
