Job Requirements

  • Must obtain CHAA certification within 18 months of hire
  • Must obtain Epic credentialing within 18 months of hire
  • Computer experience and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive customer service orientation
  • Ability to perform mental/visual intensive work
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, and lift light objects
  • Ability to provide face-to-face and virtual training
  • Strong time management skills
  • Compliance with Bronson Talent Acquisition policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on training experience
  • Experience in identifying staff development needs
  • EPIC credentialing preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to develop and conduct training sessions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels
  • Negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as an instructor for Patient Access/Revenue Cycle employees
  • Act as a consultant on insurance issues and third party regulations
  • Participate in new software installations, problem identification, and enhancement testing
  • Develop and conduct classroom and virtual training sessions
  • Create instructional design documentation
  • Facilitate and coordinate Patient Access/Revenue Cycle communications and processes
  • Provide one-on-one targeted training to address performance deficiencies
