Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours including 80 hours per pay period
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work onsite without remote or hybrid options

- Previous experience in healthcare registration or administrative roles preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in using registration and electronic health record systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Perform receptionist, registration, and clerical duties associated with patient registration
- Meet with patients and/or caregivers to exchange information and documentation
- Provide explanations of visits, instructions, and address questions or concerns
- Communicate with referring providers, clinical departments, and other personnel to coordinate schedules
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification or authorization as necessary
- Collect required payments including co-pays and deductibles or refer to financial counselors
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of demographic, billing, and clinical information into the registration system
