Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card valid for at least sixty days from hire date
- Ability to work night shifts
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced setting

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Competency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Experience in healthcare registration or patient access preferred
Job Duties
- Meet with patients and/or caregivers to exchange necessary information and documentation
- Provide explanation of visits, instructions, and address questions
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed
- Escort and transport patients and visitors within the facility, including assistance with wheelchairs or oxygen tanks
- Determine and accept required payments including co-pays and deductibles or refer to financial counselors
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of demographic, billing, and clinical information in the registration system
- Exercise critical thinking and judgment to work independently in a fast-paced environment
