Job Duties
- Make patient appointments and reminder calls
- greet and register all patients
- verify demographic and insurance coverage information and enter it into the patient record system
- collect co-pays and other payments
- prepare daily deposit and reconciliation reports
- receive and accurately relay all phone messages to and from providers and log them appropriately
- provide clerical and secretarial support including typing correspondence and reports, sorting and delivering mail, processing faxes, and ordering and maintaining supplies
