Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary, baking or pastry arts preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
  • Ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to taste product for quality assurance
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification required

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by motivating, training, and developing culinary team members in decoration skills including frosting, finishing, and inscribing on cakes, cupcakes, and frosted sugar cookies
  • Assign daily decoration needs to team members and ensure completion
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety code standards
  • Create a fun, lively, and celebratory work environment
  • Work in an organized, deliberate, and fast-paced manner
