Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary, baking or pastry arts preferred
  • 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
  • ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
  • must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • able to stand for extended periods of time
  • must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
  • must be able to taste product for quality assurance
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

  • Lead the teams by motivating, training, and developing culinary team members in decoration skills
  • decorate, finish, and inscribe on a variety of products including cakes, cupcakes, and frosted sugar cookies
  • assign daily decoration needs to team members and ensure their completion
  • ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety code standards
  • maintain a fun, lively, and celebratory environment
  • work in an organized, deliberate, and fast-paced manner
  • oversee quality assurance including tasting products for quality
