Job Requirements
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop occasionally
- Must be able to carry items up to 40lbs over moderate distances occasionally

Job Duties
- Assume responsibility for pastry and bread production in absence of Executive Pastry Chef
- Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service for all hotel production areas
- Monitor mise en place to ensure standards are met
- Ensure adherence to established recipes and plating guides
- Control food and labor costs
- Communicate efficiently with internal customers including stewarding and service staff
- Organize and set up workstations efficiently
- Maintain compliance with sanitation and health regulations
- Schedule team members based on business needs
- Handle guest special requests
- Contribute to team growth and success
- Participate in event setups such as Jasmine Sunday desserts brunch and seaside buffets
