Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a pastry kitchen or related culinary field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Willingness to undergo post-offer drug testing and background screening

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparing and designing pastry items for the bakeshop and various club dining outlets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff and kitchen team members
  • Manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and club standards
