Job Requirements
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to maintain elevated health and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
- Ability to work early morning schedules including some weekends and holidays
- Experience in fast-paced culinary environments
- Commitment to sustainable food sourcing practices
Job Qualifications
- Degree in culinary arts with a pastry specialization or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience or culinary leadership in a high-volume quality food service establishment

Job Duties
- Promote a robust culture of food and workplace safety ensuring adherence to all PPE hygiene and allergen management standards
- Follow all menu specifications production and prep expectations utilizing opening closing checklists and responsibility guides
- Prepare a diverse range of pastry items that complement and elevate food operations
- Set an example of genuinely friendly and engaging hospitality ensuring memorable guest interactions
- Support weekly inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Train mentor and develop team members fostering a skilled and motivated pastry team
- Assist in guaranteeing all products and ingredients comply with sector and food purchasing sustainability standards
- Collaborate with Executive Pastry Chef to ensure all employee guidelines and company policies are implemented and adhered to
