- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, production kitchen, or fine dining restaurant

Job Duties
- train, coach, and supervise pastry cooks, bakers, and support staff to ensure consistent execution and skill development
- execute and oversee pastry and dessert production with a strong eye for detail, ensuring superior quality, flavor, and presentation at all times
- accurately create, measure, read, and execute pastry recipes while maintaining standardized methods and portion control
- ensure all products are properly labeled, dated, stored, and handled in compliance with sanitation and food safety standards
- communicate effectively with culinary leadership and service teams to support service needs and respond to guest requests or feedback
- assist the Executive Pastry Chef with purchasing, receiving, inventory control, scheduling, payroll, training documentation, coaching, and corrective action as needed
