Job Duties
- Lead daily pastry production and service with precision and consistency
- Manage and mentor a team of 8+ pastry cooks
- Ensure adherence to recipes, standards, and plating expectations
- Support menu development, seasonal items, and research and development projects
- Maintain organization, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and cost awareness
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and growth-focused kitchen culture
- Maintain high standards under high-volume service
