- willingness to participate in all training rotations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- valid work authorization if applicable
- physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods

Job Duties
- undergo a comprehensive three-month training period working all various stations within the kitchen
- prepare and execute dishes according to Benu’s exacting culinary standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen work environment
- uphold strict hygiene and food safety guidelines
- assist in inventory management and kitchen supply orders
- contribute ideas to enhance menu items and kitchen processes
