Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of work experience
  • experience at a restaurant of a similar level
  • willingness to participate in all training rotations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • valid work authorization if applicable
  • physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods

Job Duties

  • undergo a comprehensive three-month training period working all various stations within the kitchen
  • prepare and execute dishes according to Benu’s exacting culinary standards
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen work environment
  • uphold strict hygiene and food safety guidelines
  • assist in inventory management and kitchen supply orders
  • contribute ideas to enhance menu items and kitchen processes
