Job Duties
- oversee pastry production for a la carte and banquet functions
- manage food and labor costs
- ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- supervise and delegate tasks to pastry department staff
- maintain sanitation and hygiene standards
- communicate daily with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
- attend weekly kitchen management meetings
