Job Duties

  • oversee pastry production for a la carte and banquet functions
  • manage food and labor costs
  • ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • supervise and delegate tasks to pastry department staff
  • maintain sanitation and hygiene standards
  • communicate daily with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
  • attend weekly kitchen management meetings
