Job Duties
- Work knowledge of club policies and guidelines
- Possess technical skills needed to fulfill job duties

- Use recipes for all items produced and prepare correct mise en place
- Organize tools and prioritize work effectively
- Follow sanitation practices and keep station clean
- Manage pastry production for ala carte and banquet functions
