Job Requirements
- Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience
- 3+ years supervisory or managerial experience in a pastry position
- 2+ years experience with at least 2 of the following: wedding cakes, chocolate production, bread/viennoiserie, plated desserts or high-volume banquet production
- ability to clearly communicate via written and verbal formats with stakeholders of varying levels in differing departments using necessary organizational tools

Job Duties
- Create and oversee production of items of the highest quality
- ensure guest satisfaction and consistency through fully developed recipes
- utilize knowledge and experience to incorporate seasonally relevant ingredients and techniques to create approachable and appealing amenities, plated desserts and banquets
- lead and mentor team members in upholding standards, including Forbes ratings, and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- assist with scheduling and monitoring daily labor to meet expected goals
- assist with ordering, inventorying and recipe costing to manage food cost
- oversee setup, operation, breakdown and cleaning of kitchen daily
