Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of relevant culinary experience
  • strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • attention to detail
  • physical ability to perform culinary tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking in a fine dining restaurant

Job Duties

  • Operate the kitchen daily with professionalism, respect, and efficiency

  • mentor and lead junior staff members
  • uphold standards for quality and cleanliness
  • assist in managing the pastry staff and quality control
  • resolve internal staff conflicts and cultivate mutual respect
