Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years’ experience in a pastry leadership position
  • Certification in hospitality-related field or equivalent preferred
  • Understanding of baking and pastry techniques and production
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Positive demeanor and ability to take direction
  • Open availability
  • English fluency
  • Additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders that supports business objectives and growth
  • Ensure high performance and overall excellence and hospitality in the Pastry Department throughout each day’s service periods
  • Maintain consistent execution of pastry offerings and timely flow of service
  • Foster positive working relationships and clear communication with Kitchen and Service teams
  • Ensure all recipes, product preparation, and food execution meet restaurant specifications and culinary standards
  • Provide support to pastry staff and actively participate in line duties as needed
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking during peak periods, ensuring appropriate stocking and maintenance of food products at line stations
  • Maintain a clean and stocked workspace, prep area, kitchen, storage, and walk-in
  • Deliver a consistent culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned to support operational success
