Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of previous pastry experience preferred
- Knowledge of pastry
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Manage inventory and control of all pastry equipment and china for events and restaurants
- Prepare and order all pastry items, create order sheets and inventory systems to maintain stock levels
- Support weekly scheduling for pastry associates and manage payroll
- Oversee the execution and delivery of the hotel's amenity program
- Attend BEO meetings and communicate with pastry department in absence of Pastry Chef
- Monitor pastry production flow and adjust to control cost and quality
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food products complying with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and working condition of kitchen equipment
- Ensure department compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Create memorable WOW moments for guests
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
