Job Duties
- Produce scratch-baked pastries for June's All Day and Neighborhood Sushi
- Prepare plated desserts and house-made ice creams
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the pastry production area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and ingredient ordering
- Assist in menu development and new pastry creations
