We are an established and reputable bakery team known for our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, serving the Portland, Salem, Vancouver, and surrounding areas with fresh and delicious baked goods made from scratch. Our bakery specializes in producing a range of pastries including biscuits, sausage rolls, cookies, muffins, scones, and quickbreads, all handcrafted daily using in-house recipes that emphasize traditional baking techniques and high-quality ingredients. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of professional pastry baking experience
availability to work 3-4 days per week including weekends
strong attendance record
ability to perform physical tasks related to baking
basic computer skills for printing and communication
willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

minimum of 1 year of professional pastry baking experience
knowledge of in-house scratch recipes and baking techniques
ability to work effectively in a team environment
strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
good communication skills to interact with staff and management
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

produce biscuits, sausage rolls, and other pastries daily
scale and mix ingredients according to recipes
prepare pastry items including cookies, muffins, scones, and quickbreads
bake products to perfection
pack baked goods for distribution
clean and maintain the pastry work area
perform light computer tasks such as printing worksheets
communicate effectively with staff and management
