Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent pastry training preferred
- minimum 2 years of pastry or baking experience in a professional kitchen
- proficiency in baking techniques, pastry production, and plating
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and specialty items to standard

- follow recipes and production schedules accurately

- collaborate with chefs to develop and test new menu items
