Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a pastry kitchen
- positive energy and team player attitude
- ability to speak, read and understand basic baking and cooking directions
- effective communication skills
- flexible schedule to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, push, pull or lift frequently

Job Duties
- Prepare all dessert and baked good items on the menu using our Standard Recipe Card for preparation of all products
- adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures and perform other related duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty
- complete a Daily Prep List and Closing Checklist for each shift for assigned duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all DHEC regulations
- promptly report all product shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
