Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of kitchen tools, food prep, and measurements
- previous food service or bakery experience preferred
- bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Scale and prepare ingredients for daily pastry production
- assist with dough shaping, folding, and portioning
- prepare fillings, toppings, and components like compotes, streusel, or custards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep area
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- communicate and collaborate with bakers and pastry team to support efficient production
