Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or pastry making preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities

- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing and manual tasks
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Background in baking industry or related field
- Proven understanding of baking practices and adherence to food safety protocols
- Certification in food safety is necessary
- Ability to apply basic mathematical principles and accurate counting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wear designated uniforms as required
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up workstation with required baking supplies and equipment
- Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and organize ingredients
- Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Safely employ kitchen tools such as knives during food preparation
- Implement proper storage practices according to food safety policies
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after completion of tasks
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and maintain positive demeanor
- Adhere strictly to Aramark safety policies and food safety and sanitation practices
- Maintain security of company assets by following designated safety measures
