Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or pastry making preferred
- certification in food safety required
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- commitment to workplace safety and sanitation
- must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment and proper uniform
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively with a team

- ability to understand basic mathematical principles and execute accurate counting

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
- measure, weigh, mix, chop, and complete other necessary tasks to organize ingredients
- use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
- safely employ kitchen tools such as knives during food preparation
- implement proper storage practices as outlined in food safety policies
- sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after finishing work
- demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
- abide by Aramark safety policies emphasizing food safety and sanitation
- maintain security of company assets through adherence to safety measures
