Job Requirements
- At least one year of pastry experience
- certified Food Handler in Nevada
- ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- capable of repetitive motions
- flexible schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- exposure to hot kitchen elements and cleaning materials
- steakhouse experience preferred

- fine dining experience preferred
- certified Food Handler in Nevada
- strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation

Job Duties
- Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
- accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department regulations
- possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
- communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
- required to check cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets
- properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- reports all breakage or damage of equipment immediately to management
- portrays a positive and professional attitude
- thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement
- wants to learn and helps team members do the same
- loves baking/dessert making and being part of a like-minded team
- is a certified Food Handler in Nevada
- attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable)
- candidate must have 1 plus year pastry experience, fine dining experience preferred
