Job Requirements
- Candidate must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion
- Exposure to hot kitchen elements and cleaning materials
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work PM dinner service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of pastry experience
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Certified Food Handler in Nevada
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
Job Duties
- Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
- Accurately follows orders received from the POS system and/or expeditor
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of station, kitchen, and venue per Health Department standards
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of recipes and execution
- Communicates product needs to chefs and support staff
- Checks cover counts, banquet event orders, and fire sheets
- Sets up station and performs opening/closing procedures
- Reports all equipment breakage or damage immediately
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement
- Helps team members learn
- Loves baking, dessert making, and being part of a like-minded team
- Certified Food Handler in Nevada
- Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings
- Works PM dinner service
