Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to perform repetitive motions as part of job duties
  • willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must be able to work PM dinner service
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Certified food handler in Nevada
  • minimum of 1 year pastry experience
  • experience in fine dining preferred
  • ability to work PM dinner service
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • positive and professional attitude
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
  • accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
  • required to check cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets
  • properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management
