Job Requirements
- Good communication skills required
- Minimum two years of line and fine dining experience
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Available to work multiple kitchen stations
- Able to work under moderate supervision
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel experience preferred
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, and stocks
- Fry and broil food items to perfection
- Work multiple stations in the kitchen efficiently
- Provide direction in the supervisor’s absence when required
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly
