Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years previous line and fine dining experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
  • Capable of providing direction in supervisor's absence
  • Able to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Requires moderate supervision and training
