- consistently be the model team member
- consistently on time for scheduled shifts
- consistently complete the tasks by assigned times
- assist with dish upkeep
- ensure that baked goods WOW guests by maintaining our high-quality standards
- execute required recipes using accurate and consistent methods
- ensure baked goods have an appealing finished product
- constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
- complete applicable check lists, order guides and count sheets on time
