  • Literacy in computers and basic math
  • Strong skills of observation

  • Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
  • Complete applicable check lists, order guides and count sheets on time

Job Duties

  • Work with kitchen equipment and tools constantly
  • Position self occasionally to clean under counters and inside equipment
  • Communicate constantly with staff
  • Monitor food quality for taste and visual presentation constantly
  • Move products frequently weighing up to 50lbs
  • Work frequently in varied temperature conditions
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in team communications quickly and professionally
