Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Support and promote all hotel and casino events and promotions
