  • Minimum two years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
  • solid understanding of classic pastry and baking techniques
  • ability to maintain consistency and finesse in high-volume production
  • strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and time management
  • calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure
  • collaborative spirit and clear communication skills in English
  • culinary or pastry degree preferred
  • knowledge of Japanese or Asian-inspired desserts is a plus
