Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional pastry kitchen
  • Solid understanding of classic pastry and baking techniques
  • Ability to maintain consistency in high-volume production
  • Strong organizational and cleanliness skills
  • Calm and detail-oriented under pressure
  • Collaborative and communicates clearly in English
  • Knowledge of Japanese or Asian-inspired desserts is a plus
  • Culinary or pastry degree preferred
