- Experience as a pastry cook
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Preparing a wide variety of goods following established recipes
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area including surrounding areas
- Cleaning and maintaining pastry equipment
- Maintaining a current recipe book
- Working at events when needed
- Assisting with main kitchen prep list when pastry prep is complete
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Stand bend and stoop repetitively for an entire shift
- Must be able to work flexible schedules to include nights and weekends
- Professional appearance
