- experience in pastry preparation
- ability to stand, bend, and stoop repetitively for entire shifts
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- preparing a wide variety of goods following established recipes
- maintaining a clean and orderly work area including surrounding areas
- cleaning and maintaining pastry equipment
- maintaining a current recipe book
- working at events when needed
- assisting with main kitchen prep list when pastry prep is complete
- standing, bending, and stooping repetitively for an entire shift in various work conditions
- lifting up to 50lbs
- working flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- maintaining professional appearance
