Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • write personalized messages on cakes using various piping techniques with accuracy and aesthetic appeal
  • decorate cakes with buttercream, fondant, and other finishing elements as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized pastry station in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in inventory management, including labeling and storing ingredients
  • collaborate with the pastry team to ensure timely and high-quality product output during peak periods
  • follow safety regulations, reporting injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor
